The Company estimates the change, based upon current agreements, will decrease its diluted earnings per share by approximately $ 0.02 per quarter, beginning in the third quarter 1998. This modification in no way reflects a change in management's estimate of the value of the Company and its management services neither agreements nor the duration of its relationships with its physician practices."
